We want every purchase at PathPod to feel reliable, fair, and worry-free.
If something is not right, we’re here to assist.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is available

Please contact us before returning any item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete merchandise

3. Return Process

  1. Email our support team at service@pathpod.shop

  2. Provide order number + reason for return

  3. We will issue return instructions and approval

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed

4. Refund Time

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method

  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • If the return is caused by our mistake (e.g., defect, wrong item), we cover return shipping

6. Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please email us within 72 hours with:

  • Photos or video

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
